Automotive prototyping

High specialization is one of Protospain’s strengths and it is precisely in the automotive sector where it accumulates more experience, being a leading company in the sector since 2012. It works closely with its business partners developing the perfect product from the prototype stage to pre-series production. Regardless of the necessary material or the part of the vehicle that needs to be produced (interiors, exteriors, lighting, etc.), Protospain has the production capacity and the knowledge to make parts and assemblies in alternative materials to the series. This phase has the advantage that it can be carried out in very short times and with very low costs.

• Our factory houses more than 450 CNC machining centers, 10 of which are 5-axis.
• We have 50 machines SLA and 10 SLS MACHINESmachines, as well as 10 vacuum vacuum casting machinesThe company also has 10 vacuum casting machines, anti-dust spray rooms, UV ovens and a variety of milling machines, lathes and other manufacturing equipment.
• Our production plant in Asia has more than 1,200 employees and a 25,000 square meter facility.
• This production capacity allows us to respond to our customers’ needs in very short lead times.
