Prototyping projects

Part made by CNC machining for the Automotive industry in PMMA, with a finish with a machined finish and then manual polishing of the flat surfaces and chemical polishing of the optical facets. The tolerance is +/- 0.04 mm, with a minimum machining radius of 0.15 mm, with a total lead time of 10 days. Its measurements (L X W X H) in cm are: 27 X 7 X 2.
