Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PC HT APEC 1895 (BAYER). A mirror polished finish was applied to the surface and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Nozzle HRS hot chamber. To perfect the mold, the total leadtime was 49 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 42 days were for the mold.
