Glove compartment door

Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PE-MD15. A granite finish and technical polish were applied to the surface and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Moldmasters hot chamber with 2 valve doors and a sub gate. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 49 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 42 days were for the mold.
