Prototyping projects

Part manufactured by CNC machining for the Automotive industry in PMMA, with a mechanized finish and later manual polishing of the flat surfaces and chemical polishing of the optical facets. The tolerance is +/- 0.04 mm, with a minimum machining radius of 0.15 mm, with a total leadtime of 11 days. Its measurements (L X W X H) in cm are: 32 X 14 X 2.
