Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PC + ABS. The following finish was applied to the surface, cavity grain: Textilnarbe N65, core grain: 240 and it has a total of 1 * 2 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Synventive hot chamber. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 49 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 42 days were for the mold.
