Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PMMA (PLEXIGLAS 8N). A mirror polished finish was applied to the surface and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Moldmaster hot chamber with 2 direct valve inlets to the part. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 49 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 42 days were for the mold.
