Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in ASA + PC. A NH-573 Cavity finish was applied to the surface and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Yudo hot chamber with 1 side door. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 42 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 35 days were for the mold.
