Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PP-AS-004. The following finish was applied to the surface. Cavity grain: 800 Core grain: 400 and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a YUDO 1 hot tip to cold runner. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 49 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 42 days were for the mold.
