Piece made with a steel series mold for the Automotive industry and injected in PC. A polished finish was applied to the surface and it has a total of 1 + 1 cavities. The guaranteed injection cycles are 500,000 and it has a Synventive 1 Drop hot chamber. To complete the mold, the total lead time was 57 days, of which 7 days were for the DFM + 3D and 50 days were for the mold.
